This program is situated at :-
C:\Program Files (x86)\WAN Miniport IKEv2\AgileVpn.exe

It is trying to access webpages etc without my knowledge which I only discovered when my Anti-malware blocked a couple of malicious sites.

Do I need this program?
Why is it searching the web without my permission?
Can I permenantly delete it?

Do you need a VPN client to connect a network? The answer should be known to you the best. In some places it is very needed, but not in everywhere.

The AgileVpn.exe is RAS Agile Vpn Miniport Call Manager, a component of windows. Everybody using windows have it installed. But if you dont need VPN, better you disable it.

Plus, uninstall any other VPN client that you have installed.

Then observe if your computer is still trying to connect to the internet at its own or not.
