Im looking for :

- Ethernet controller (National Semiconductor DP83815)
- Audio Driver

The Platform is Personal Computer Model: 755ii4

Anyone already had this problem ?

Welcome to Seven Forums. I think we're going to need more information on your system, manufacturer, model # would help. I was able to find this driver but it is for XP so you will need to use compatibility mode to install it. Thx for your help , i didnt test it with compatibility mode yet.
The manufactur is AIRIS and the model is 755ii4.

i will post my Hardware ID missing:

Ethernet:
PCI\VEN_100B&DEV_0020&SUBSYS_90111584&REV_00

Sound:
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_24C5&SUBSYS_90111584&REV_02

Looking around I am getting that it is either Via or Intel/Soundmax based, and not much that points it to one or the other. Grab this,

Speccy - System Information - Free Download

and hopefully it will show the exact model number for the motherboard. If it does, please post back the make and model number.
