Alarm Clock

I want an alarm say every 15, 20, 30 or whatever minutes to go "ding" or make some kind of sound though my speakers because I'm not well and would like to work say for 20 minutes and then rest for 20 minutes for a couple of hours until I get things done. Does Windows 7 have something like this or do I need to go to a third party?

If you dont want to use a 3rd party app, you can create a task in the win7 Task Scheduler and play the alarm through Windows Media Player. Heres how.

I had forgotten about that post, otherwise I would have deleted it, because I learned that WorldTime is malware. Since then, I have been using an alarm gadget, but If anyone knows of a program that is more flexible like WorldTime, I would like to hear about it.
