Hi
I have an Alienware MX17 with Intel HD graphics 4000 and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660M. Would you suggest upgrading recommended drivers from Dell or Manufacturer website?

Hi SpaceJunkie,
Go via Dell, might also clear your up the problem you reported in the BSOD sub-forum.

Dell has about zero support for pre-Dell Alienware, such as my M17 R1...

They say that using dell drivers are good, but in most cases, I use snappy driver installer.

Snappy Driver Installer - Install and Update Drivers for Free

I promise, it's not one of those scam programs, and it's free with no "paid version"

I personally use it on my Alienware m14x r1 all the time.

If you don't mind having outdated drivers, though, feel free to visit the dell's page for your model.
