Sorry in advance for the long post but i've tried nearly everything to fix my PC and still don't know what is wrong.

Specs:
CPU: Intell i7 4770 Eight core processor
GPU: GTX 660
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium
RAM: 8g

And keep in mind this was a prebuilt Alienware i semi customized around 2 years ago. Maybe 1 month after my warranty ran out all of these issues started popping up. *lucky me*

List of problems, and amount of times they have happened:

Bluescreen: maybe 3 or 4 times, has not happend in at least 4-6 months

Freezing while playing a game with sound looping, usually CSGO. Sometimes requires hard reboot and will not unfreeze. Other times will stop suddenly and say Kernel mode drive stopped working and has recovered. <- This happens nearly everyday, some times 10 times a day.

Lately my PC has also just stopped displaying out of nowhere. Sometimes after the PC will freeze i will reboot and when it reboots the screen is just black and there is nothing displayed on my monitor. Other times it will reboot normally and ill walk away from my PC while its on the desktop and come back to see a black screen.

And lastly, recently while playing CSGO my PC went black while playing instead of freezing and immediately after the fan(s) on my PC got EXTREMELY loud. So i then did a hardboot aging by just holding the power button down.

Things ive tried to fix these problems:

Taken it to a PC shop for Free Diagnosis in which they ran multiple stress tests for hours and also played CSGO on my PC. Ive taken it to them at least 5 times now and they cant seem to find 1 issue or problem and it does not freeze for them 1 time. They even told me that my ran flawlessly while doing every stress test they had.

UPDATED: Windows, Display Drivers *also did multiple clean installs*, updated BIOS, and updated any other drivers i could find.

Reinstalled Windows 7 *cost me $99* since my PC came with windows already i did not receive a disc that i remember.

Lastly, i also did a 30 minute test on Dells product support page in which it tested all hardware, software, and did a bluescreen analysis. SOME how my PC passed in every category, and not 10 minutes later froze up while multitasking...

If anybody has ANY other steps i could take to test my PC or any setting to change or ANYthing, im open to try it. Thanks in advance and sorry the long post.

Thanks ill try that. But given all of the things i listed i doubt a winows upgrade update is causing all of this.

Timing wise it sounds about right when these updates started to be released.
Win-10 was fully released just over 2 weeks ago and auto downloading to machines with all of the updates installed,
That would obviously take up resources and bandwidth to do so

Just a thought :)
If all hardware checks out and drivers are all current what else could it be ?

Check the updates history and see if win-10 has failed and keeps repeating.

Well im almost 100% sure all drivers and BIOS are up to date, and i have most set to update automatically but like i said i dont know exactly what is wrong. I honestly think my PSU or GPU are failing in some way even though a local PC shop said they ran multiple stress tests and it ran fine. But will do, i will check on the Win-10 update history.
