Needing help please a few days ago all my documents have gone into 'read only' mode. I've changed nothing on my computer recently. For the last couple of days I've been googling lots of similar problems but they seem to be going back a few years, this just happened to me. I don't understand a lot of technical terms and computer jargon and have been trying to go into properties and changing things that have been recommended but nothing at all has helped. It's happened in word & excel. I have windows 7 home premium with microsoft word starter 2010 & excel starter 2010, all documents in both are affected. I use google chrome. I'm struggling with this so any help at all would be greatly appreciated I just don't know what to do...... Thank you......
