All downloads are interrupted !!! H-E-L-P

Suddenly everything I try to download from sites like rapidshare, megaupload etc are interrupted on both INTERNET EXPLORER AND GOOGLE CHROME !!
The downloads finish and then both browsers give an error saying The download is interrupted ! like this "123/123 KB Download interrupted"
I am going insane ! I deleted and installed Google Chrome yet still I can't download anything !!
Pleas help me this is frustrating !!

EDIT: No one ?? please, everyone knows that when you are unable to download you are basically paralyzed !!

If you use a router try to connect directly to the internet without router, then if the problem still exist I would look into my software firewall rules.

Can you DL from OTHER sites? Those two sites are looked on with high suspecion and your ISP could actually be killing your connections on purpose.

Try DLing some large file like a linux ISO from another site and see if the problem continues...
