All icons in Win7 x64 Start Menu are deleted ?

Hi bros,
Today when I opened my Start-menu, I saw the below image :

I mean , Why are all of start-menu icons deleted?
Below is the `Taskbar and Startmenu Properties`

What's wrong with it ?
