all my videos freeze

when I play a video after a while freez especially when I move it forward it stops.I have klite codecs and reinstall everything and same again.I use w7 x64 ultimate.

Please fill in your system specs (lower left corner of your posts so we know what hardware you have.) VLC can play almost anything without them.

Thank you.I do have all that and for future help to others ,the reason this happened because of connecting external hdd to shareware utility @ wireless.thanks again for ur reply.
