Solved All of my personalization options aren't working And themes are gone

i got this issue since around june or july of 2017, all of my themes are gone and i also can't change window color, i try pressing on any options too and literally nothing happens

Way before back in late 2015 and 2016 (When i had to change the specifications of my computer) all of the personalizations were working, but in mid 2017 they suddenly stopped working and i decided to take a chance on asking for help here today.

Appreciating any help.

Just looking at your specs, you should turn off Aero. You don't really have enough RAM to do anything significant if it's enabled and, turning it off may fix your problem.

i dont have aero on, though.

EDIT: Also note the fact that in late 2015 and 2016 (the time my pc got literally modified to a weaker one) it was still appearing, but now its suddenly gone for whatever reason, and i never used aero.

take it your background is BLACK.
if so thats standard default for a non-genuine install

in that case suggest you run the standard repair tools

from an elevated command mode

sfc /scannow
chkdsk / r

and KB947821
note if severe corruption is found it could take 3hrs or more

I did all of these options you suggested, none of them helped about this case.

In your original screen shot, it shows that all the options are loading. How long have you waited?

Also, you might turn on Aero and troubleshoot your problem per the instructions here-

If it fixes the problem, you can turn Aero off later.

I once let my pc on overnight to see if it did load all of the options, It literally don't load.

Also, i tried the Aero peek suggestion, didn't work.

Just to be sure, you did go through all the steps in that link? Was there any error messages?

On Aero troubleshoot it didn't say there was any error, but I still can't enable any theme, or atleast use personalization options.

Do you have Intelbras Media Player installed?

Nope.

However, i didn't have it back when i had to change the specifications of my computer, the personalization options were still working.

I asked because you listed Intelbras as the computer manufacturer and the only thing I could find for them is software. Maybe you can explain that.

I know you're not getting any BSOD's, but I wonder if you would follow the instructions here-

and post the resulting .zip file so I/we can look at your system and the events a little closer.

Honestly the only option i have is to format my PC, which will probably fix this issue.
