All of the animation on my Windows and browser are extremely slow!

So basically I'll start from the beginning. I just stopped my computer one day. And on the next day when I started my computer the message "The User Profile Service failed the logon" error message and something else below it but I don't remember. So I restarted multiple time, tried everything and didn't get fixed. I got here " https://support.microsoft.com/en-nz/help/947215/you-receive-a-the-user-profile-service-failed-the-logon-error-message "and do everything as they say. Step to step. And it gets fixed. But when my windows starts I notice how extremely slow everything is. You know that animation when your computer starts? That Windows animation with the 4 squares? Yes that was super slow. All of the animation on my Windows, browser even my games were super slow too. I go to youtube and the videos are with 10 fps or even lower but the audio is fine. I restard the computer - nothing. Stop it, wait a bit and then start it up a bit - NOTHING. I thought that maybe the animations on my windows were the problem so I look up how to stop them and I stop them. Now everything seems good because I don't see the animation and everything pops up on my screen when I click on it withoit delay. I go to my browser, open youtube to see if it really is fixed - still 10 fps. So I figure out I can't fix it myself. And here am. I hope somebody can help me.

Welcome to SevenForums. Sounds like you may be experiencing, either GPU (graphics processor) or HDD/SSD getting ready to fail.
You might want to run Malwarebytes free version to see if you inadvertently picked up some nasties.
Also, how much data is on your HDD? If it's getting within 15% of being full, that can slow your computer as well.
You can run Disk Cleanup, all checkboxes checked to gain more HDD space.
You also may want to run chkdsk /r to locate and repair bad HDD sectors, and sfc /scannow to check for corrupt system files, from administrative CMD prompt.
If you have any problems determining how to perform above, I monitor all my posts via e-mail notifications, and check a few times a day, usually. After a time or two of performing the above, they're actually pretty easy.
Start rb:, searchbox type disk cleanup, click on it when it appears, go through the prompts, check all the boxes and continue
Start rb:, searchbox type cmd, right-click on it when it appears, run as administrator
copy and paste sfc /scannow, let it complete, note any errors messages, then copy and paste chkdsk /r into admin cmd, you'll be prompted to restart your computer, do so and let it do it's thing, may take a while, patience is a virtue when dealing with computer issues. Note any errors.
The above should occupy some of your time. So I'll reserve additional suggestions till you're done.
If everything so far checks out ok, you computer MAY run graphics faster, maybe not. At that point I'd run a check on your GPU.

Thank you for your help I really appreciate it. I will tell you exactly what I did and what I will do. I first opened my Disk Cleanup program from the start menu and let it do its thing. After it finished I opened my administrative CMD prompt and typed in "sfc /scannow" after that I started downloading malwarebytes free just as you said. I downloaded and installed it. Clicked on the scan button which was on the first window that popped it was probably a quick scan. If you want me to do a full scan tell me. After the malwarebytes scan finished it found the files shown on the screenshot. Im so sorry it's in bulgarian. I will translate what's shown in the orange text "Potentially unwanted". After the malwarebytes scan finished the "sfc /scannow" scan finished as well and it said "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.". Now I deleted the viruses that malwarebytes found and I will proceed to type "chkdsk /r" in the cmd and restard my computer. After that I will come back and update on what has happened. Thank you for your help and Im waiting for your response.

Nevermind. When I typed "chkdsk /r" it said "Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another process. Would you like to schedule this volute to be checked the next time the system restarts? <Y/N>". I don't want to mess something up so Im just going to let you decide.

Also I just want to point out that while I was searching if anybody else had this issue before and if it was already resolved I found this thread still in this website " Windows Aero Animation Gone Into Slow Motion! - Windows 7 Help Forums ". From what I can see he has the same problem. Hopefully he fixed his problem but I can't see how he did it even if he did.

Also I just want to point 1 more thing out. In the first message that I sent I explained how went into this website that I linked and did everything step by step and it got fixed right? The problem started then. Not when I actually logged into my actual profile if I should say if that was my actual profile because I was in Safe Mode. I would appreciate if you checked it out and told me if maybe reversing everything I did will actually fix the problem. You know making the original key the .bat and removing the .bat from the key which was originally not with .bat . I was just about to do it when you responded so maybe you saved me from screwing everything up. Or maybe reversing everything will actually fix it. I don't know so Im asking you. Thank you again for your help and Im waiting for your response.

Unfortunately I don't have a restore point. It says the option is disabled or something. What do I do now?

Do you have a Win7 x64 ISO or DVD? If you don't, no problem.

Repair Install would probably be your easiest fix. This replaces windows and keeps all your programs, files, folders, music, video, pictures, etc. It is performed from within windows, it's also called an in-place upgrade.

I've attached a vb script I created to locate your 25-character product key. I place it in a zip folder because, for some reason, when I upload it and you download it, the file becomes corrupt. Zipping the file prevents that!

When you run Find Windows Product Key, you can click the popup and paste the key into Notepad, Wordpad, or Word, and print it. When you do repair install you will have to reenter your product key/CD key. BTW it's not the same as the product ID that appears in Control Panel > System & Security > System

After Repair Install, you will have 230+ updates, you can circumvent the majority, at least to, I believe April 2016, by using the convenience rollup.

1. Download ISO and save to your desktop.
2. Run 7zip, find your ISO
3. click on it
4. click extract
5. make sure the right side of the box extract to says: Desktop\
6. click OK
7. open the folder and click on setup
8. follow instructions, you want make sure you choose Upgrade

If you copy and paste this post into Word, and save it to your desktop, you will have easy access to all the hypertext links and also be able to print it, if you wish.

Piece of cake/easy, I'm confident, after perusing the links/videos, etc. you'll have no problems.

If I were you, I'd invest in an external HDD (hard drive) not SSD (solid state drive) to backup your computer (create a system image). Then, if you have a problem, you can restore your computer with that image and your good as new. I have a Seagate 3TB 3.0 external drive for backups. You can Google locate a suitable choice. Most, if not all, come with backup software preinstalled (my Seagate did), but I don't use it.

I recommend AOMEI backupper free, or Macrium Reflect free, I use AOMEI and is the one I suggest you use it's somewhat less confusing for less experienced users. Both are excellent!

I can't fix it. Nothing works. I gave up and gave it to someone else to fix it. If anyone has the same problem he should just give up and not waste his time and give it to someone else who can fix it...

Patience is a virtue when dealing with computers!
Unfortunately it is against SevenForums policy, we cannot use Team Viewer or similar remote desktops apps
