All programs open after reboot..

I find this Lion feature to be quite awesome.

Can someone point me to a setting / program / hack for Win7 that would do the same?

Hello, I'm also after something similar, although I don't want this to happen upon reboot, I want a batch file or an application that does... well heres my thread:

The problem with batch launching is that it won't open the documents that you were working on. Lion does that. As much as I hate Lion, that's a damn awesome feature.
