My Start menu - "programs" has lost all entries but when I open the folder by right click-properties then there is lots of entries in the folder C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\programs what can I do????

Hi and welcome

It is a known problem. It happens when the number of items tops abt 80. there is a thread here at sevenforums on its fix, I just dont remember where. If you search for missing start up items you should be able to find it
