After doing everything in my power to solve the problems faced by a new client, I decided to post some informations here in order to find possible causes for them before reformat his computer. I used SFdiag Tool to gather some data. In addition, here is some information about what I witnessed:

1. run msconfig, as well as other Windows services, require administrator privileges despite it being the administrator account;

2. they all received the UAC shield in yellow - "The program with an unknown publisher needs your permission to start";

3. through the resource monitor, I could see that the TrustedInstaller was responsible for all the faults of memory;

4. drivers, Windows updates and some programs could never be installed or uninstalled successfully - multiple instances of "wermgr" in task manager ...

5. sfc / scannow can not fix all the files; chkdsk found no errors; can not run System Restore, etc.

Your #4. Can you open and use their anti virus after updating it. Or install Malwarebytes Anti Malware updating and run it. Also can you create a new user account and see what you can do with that account.

The antivirus is updated often and works perfectly. The security area within the Action Center reports that everything is enabled. There is already a second user account but did not occur to me to do anything through it. Especially since I tried to make corrections in the boot with Windows DVD and do not achieve much success. With respect to Malwarebytes, run a full scan was one of the first things I did. Nothing found. I'll log on with another account and report the results as soon as I have them. Thanks for now.

I'd start with some hardware diagnostics, especially hard drive. Run SeaTools: SeaTools for Windows | Seagate

Also run Memtest86: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html

If you don't want to format the system, you could try a repair install: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3413-repair-install.html

I don't see any malware evident on the system, but the symptoms are aligned with frequent malware behavior. Run the hardware tests first, and do the repair install/reformat in whichever order you find compatible with your willingness to reinstall.

After performing all possible tests and did not find the culprit I decided to format the computer and see how it would work. Well, after more than a week without BSODs, freezes, or the like, the only thing I can conclude is: all the drawbacks listed above were the result of a corrupt system.
