All videos blank in both IE9 and FF5 and windows

Hi... i recently had applied a 3rd party theme Shine 2.0 for Windows 7 by ~zainadeel on deviantART, and had used the path utility TCP-Z, Best TCP/IP Patch: Universal Theme Patcher (v1.5, Build 20090409)

I had applied it yesterday...in the mean time there were a couple of windows updates released too, i applied those as well.

Today i realize all flash videos as well as every video on my computer is blank. Just the audio plays, no videos on no matter which player.

I tried system restore a couple of times with no effect.

Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: The videos are working fine on my admin account (i'm running as standard user).

I'm pretty sure it's not the theme, but it would be worth re-applying the default theme and restoring the original DLLs (with the Theme Patcher) just to make sure.

i've already applied the default theme, and also restored all those patched files.
the strange thing is if i create a new standard account it doesn't show up in that account.

Fixed by creating another profile. Was a pita but at least its good as new.
