Allowing a program

So I just upgraded from XP to Windows 7 and I love it. Only thing that I’m finding annoying is I use EVGA Precision (GPU over clocking tool) and every time I restart my pc or launch it windows ask if I would like to allow it. Is there a way that I can make it so just that program isn’t always asking to allow. I know there’s the option to turn off all allow or disallow but I don’t want to completely turn that off.

Hello Knoxide, and welcome to Seven Forums.

You can create a elevated shortcut for the program instead that runs without being asked by UAC. You can then place this shortcut in the Startup folder in the Start Menu instead of your normal startup programs list.

Hope this helps,
Shawn
