alt-f4 does not work

as the title says. Alt f4 does not work. Does not exit programs as it should.
I think it started after i installed setpoint (for my logitech keyboard and mouse), but i need this program installed

any ideas how i can get alt-f4 working again as it should?

EDIT: Dont worry! all solved!
I accidentally pressed the "f-lock" button on the keyboard. It works now

Nor do I. What I do get, is, I read the thread title "alt f4 doesn't work" And I hit alt-f4 for reassurance, and had to open a new browser..

alternative to the alt f4 not working is...alt f x

if it's a laptop, try pressing Fn+ALT+F4 buttons.
