A friend of mine is having some incredibly annoying Issues with his Alt Tab, I have trolled these forums looking for the same issue but Nobody else is having it.
When Alt Tab is pressed the Screen Flickers but nothing happens, If it is held down it scrolls through like it works but does not change windows. (Windows key Tab Works 100%). Whilst Hovering over the Taskbar Icons they will appear very briefly and then vanish. It may be a Virus but we Have Scanned everywhere, We are even doing a SFC/Scannow check. He is Running a 32-bit version of the OS.
Any Help would be Greatly Appreciated as this Issue is rather Troublesome.
