My taskbar clock never changes from AM to PM, it goes AM - AM then AM again ! I have tried adjusting manually to no avail.......there simply is no option in the pulldown for PM.

It's probably just an upgrade issue, what build?

Its okay I was not sure if you were a newbie or not anyways. If that doesn't change then it must be a problem with Windows Time Control thingy. Sorry that I am unable to help you any further.

You running 12 hour format or 2400? Why dont you take a snip of the clock set up. It would also help if you filled in your "my system specs" in control panel.

waiting for some more info

Makes sense =P Have you tried just switching it to 24hr (then hit apply) then back to 12hr (and hit apply) and see if PM is avaliable then?

Sometimes simple things like that can budge it back into place =P

Did you check the Regional and Language Options in the Control Panel.
Check there the Time Tab and see if you have AM for AM symbol and PM for PM symbol.
