always boots into safe mode ? suspect windows 7 ver

As above and lots of popups , I have tosh satellite L570 with official software but unable to re install as mislaid restore CD ?
What options do I have also is there a F10 button as Compaq used to have ?
Any help much appreciated

In addition you can work through the other Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7.

However if this is the Toshiba factory install then that is a second-rate install anyway, so you'd be better off doing a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. Everything needed is in the blue link. Be sure to delete all partitions during the booted install, handle drivers as it specifies in the tutorial.
