Regardless there is some pretty talented artwork there, but yea putting them in discrete places that can be covered by clothing would be more ideal.
The guy with the skull face reminds me of a visit to the doctors a couple of years ago, this guy had about 10 smaller skulls tattoed over his face & my doctor was marching him out of the surgery by the scruff of his neck telling him never to come back as he was only trying to score drugs
