Solved AMD 3.0 USB Host Controller "cannot start (code 10)"

I have been having a lot of problems with my USB ports lately. Every time I turn my laptop on, whether it's off or hibernating, the AMD 3.0 USB Host Controller has a yellow exclamation mark by it and has the error "The device cannot start. (code 10)". I can get it to work temporarily by disabling and reenabling it, but then it does the same thing the next time I turn it on. This is getting extremely annoying. Help?

Run the netbook CD or go on the website get there chipset drivers and re install
that would probably be your best bet also I would look if it has been updated through the makers website
