when i tried to run dm collector om my lap,it lead to bsod.So i collected the report from safe mode.....
I think have found the issue. It is with display adapter. On blusecreen is it displaying"attempt to reset display adapter failed".Uninstalling AMD software has solved the issue.
But when i tried to install newer version from lenovo website for my lap,it is leading to bsod again while screen blinking. Now my lap is running on 800*600 resolution...
How can i proceed from here??
I had posted amd driver url for my lap ...AMD Video Driver for Windows 7 (32-bit, 64-bit) - Lenovo G470, G570 - Lenovo Support (US)

It is a laptop having ADM dual graphics. The two graphics adapters, Mobile Intel HD and AMD Radeon HD 6370M, both runs using the driver atikmpag.sys.
Code:
Name Mobile Intel(R) HD Graphics
Driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\atikmpag.sys (8.14.1.6203, 296.50 KB (303,616 bytes), 03-Jan-15 12:09 AM)

And, at the present situation, the computer is using neither the Intel graphics nor teh AMD graphics, but the generic vgapnp display only.

It is display outage ... indicating to graphics failure. But in the above situation it will not be possible for a normal user to disintegrate the different graphics by opening the laptop etc. If you dont have proper experience with such a staff, it will harm more.

I would suggest you to take the laptop to a nearby Lenovo service center.

Mr arc,so kind of you for posting reply for my thread.
Update:I have already said that i collected system report from safe mode(1024*768 res) assuming that its showing the computer is using neither the Intel graphics nor AMD graphics.
Coz iam unable to collect the report from my current 1366*768 resolution(in which graphics driver is installed from internet after uninstalling driver),as it is leading to bsod as soon as cmd opens.
In device manager its showin that graphics driver is working properly(posted)..

can i know what is causing the problem and how to solve it from software side.....
can i consider reinstall as last process??

From the software side, you can do one thing. Uninstall the installed display driver using Display Driver Uninstaller. Then install any new version of the AMD graphics driver available with Lenovo. If it does not make the thing any better, then uninstall it, and apply another driver version.

If the same situation continues with two different driver versions, then it is not a software issue, but something with the hardware.

Then you dont have much room left from the driver/software's part.

I think you want to try a clean reinstall. I will not resist you, but will not say you that it will do any better there.

Well my two cents worth after I had to deal with Intel graphics

HINTS ON ADJUSTING INTEL GRAPHICS ON LAPTOPS

If you areusing or can only use the Intel graphics in your laptop machine (some laptopsnow have dual graphics chips ie Intel for general use and NVidia for heavy use– gaming etc) and want to use two monitors – for example a larger one with alaptop, and the “secondary” monitor ie the larger one the screen needs scalingto get the screen within the monitor’s screen edges – read on.

NB if you are changing the aspectfor the larger “secondary’ monitor you must first do this.

Start > Control Panel > “Display” > “MultipleDisplays” > click “Show desktop onlyon 2” (this will cut out the primary machine screen while you are adjusting thelarger monitor and not change the machine’s own screen aspect ration

IFit gives you an option for a different resolution – for example the largermonitor is 1920x1080 then change that however if the laptop for example onlysupports 1600x900 then it might not be capable of doing that.

This worksreally well with recently manufactured Intel graphic chips and those machinesthat have the update from this link https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ this link gives one the best available graphics from Intel atthis time.

Now you haveto pick out the driver after checking this link out and for example my link formy Asus ROG gaming laptop was https://downloadcenter.intel.com/search?keyword=4th+Generation+Intel%c2%ae+Core%e2%84%a2+Processors+with+Intel%c2%ae+HD+Graphics+4600

STEP 1.

On the plaindesktop right click and it will give you a window with some options.

STEP 2.

Click onGraphicsProperties” - that will open the “Intel graphics control panel”as per pic (takes few seconds).

STEP 3.

Click on “Display”– and select ‘Customise Aspect Ratio” - there will be two sliders onefor horizontal and one for vertical.

Click holdon each one and slide them in their respective directions until you see theedge of the screen come in from the edge of the monitor bezel and them justslide them back to where they are sitting exactly where you want them.

Then - click “Apply” and then it will askyou if you want to keep this configuration – click “OK”– it is done!!

You also get the option to save the settings in a dedicated file- I just named mine ASPECT BENQ -for this particular monitor. This so if I use another brand monitor and havechange back to the Benq for any reason I can hit that file and the settingsshould be applied – I have not needed to do this but it makes sense that iswhat will happen.

You can still use both monitors if desired by altering the Control Panel > Display (as above procedure) and setting it to use both screens –the laptop screen will not have changed from it’s default settings.

See pics.
Just remember this was just to fix a particular problem and needed downloads from Intel.

I notice in the msinfo too you have six problem devices so the machine does look to be in a bit of a pickle.

If you are looking for specific drivers and the details of what you want them for use PART B: of this I have attached a pic of how to open a component out

UsingHW Info

PART A:

You can test the volts on the PSU with HW Info HWiNFO, HWiNFO32/64 -Download < download the right bit version andclose the right hand window select Sensors and scroll down to the power sectionwhere you will see what the volts are doing see my pic. In my pic the section (Nuvoton) with VBATT is a dead give awayyou are in the section for the rail voltages. There are other section titlesand one that pops up often is ITE

Now the voltage on the different rails have to be within 5% =+/-of what is required or the machine will not work properly if at all.

See this for the rail voltage info

http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/power-supply-specifications-atx-reference,3061.html (Section 2.)

The original right hand window shows the machine running and ishandy for that but for looking at the components in some detail close it anduse the main left hand side panel

FOR OTHERCOMPONENTS

PART B:

Open each small square with + in it on the section thecomponents are in and then click on the individual component/s (it will highlight in blue) - in the righthand side will appear all sorts of details including brands speeds and otheressential info that particular device. See pic for example.

Yes mr Arc,there is no use of reinstaling os...
catalyst control center is recognizing applications as high performance or powersaving even after reinstalling.
You said DISINTEGRATE DIFFERENT GRAPHICS that means should i replace new GPU or simply remove and place it again??
