AMD driver stop working and recovered (help!!!)

Hi,
I hope this is where i should post this.I'm having troubles with my ATI Radeon HD 5450.A few days ago i wiped my computer and installed Windows 7 32bit instead of Windows 7 64bit that i had.
However the problem still exists.I'm getting "(AMD) Display driver has stopped working and has recoverd" after my monitor turns blank or any other solid color or freezing for a few seconds.Sometimes when it's freezing more than a few seconds or turns blank or black freezes my computer and i have to reset the computer.

I could use any kind of help...
Also i don't know much about computers so please be as simple as you can...

Lets check\test few software\hardware.

[FONT=&quot]Download and install the new version of [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Driver Sweeper.[/FONT][FONT=&quot]


Download the most recent software\driver for your ati [/FONT][FONT=&quot]AMD Graphics Drivers & Software[/FONT][FONT=&quot]

Uninstall ati software\driver,restart in safe mode,run driver sweeper,choose only AMD-Display and clean,restart in normal mode.


Install the new ati software\driver,restart.

Update[/FONT][FONT=&quot] DirectX [/FONT][FONT=&quot]


Read carefully the instructions and run [/FONT][FONT=&quot]http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/160729-nvidia-amd-video-card-test-occt.html[/FONT][FONT=&quot] post here the results.[/FONT]

This is your cards problem

I had issues with a 6870 before because of it i ended up RMA'ing the card and getting a new one

Most likly you are dealing with the same issues so far ATI does this periodicly but often the others. Read this and maybe this will help you
