I have tried every driver version from 12.1 to the newest beta, uninstalling with "Display Driver Uninstaller" and had no luck. I've even unhooked my second monitor. BSOD occurs in anything that uses DirectX.
More information: Whenever I play a game that uses DirectX, it will start by flickering and give the "a driver has crashed and recover" text bubble many times over, eventually ending with a crash. I have been keeping CCC open lately to monitor temp and it hasn't gone over 65 celsius. FurMark maxes it out at 69 celsius without incident over 20 minutes on the stress test.
Let me know if you need anything else!
