An Audio Error Has Occured/ Windows Media Center Error

So, when i open windows media center and click the music button, and message saying "Audio Error- An audio error has occurred." Or if I go to "Settings," "Media Library's," It asks me to set up folders... and i would click "Music" a message appears saying "Media Library- A neccessary component of Windows Media Center did not start up properly. Restart Windows Media Center." Well even if I restart it and do it again, it still fails, does anyone know how to fix it
