An exclamation mark is shown on LAN/Wireless Network connection

Hi veryone!

No internet access while using local Area connection, or wireless network connection, although someone else connects to the same modem router via his mobile phone.

I have TP-link(300MBps) wireless N USB ADSL2 +Modem Router.

I have tried troublshoting, then I found the broadband modem is experiencing connectivity issues'
As screenshot shows below

if so, then why would still the other person have been accessing the internet without problems and had to not unplugged and plugged the modem.
I have unplugged my Modem and then plugged it again, so the problem solved, but I disrupted(disturbed) the other person.

I was expecting that when I do this below, it would be OK
I have cleared Cach of my DSL.
1- Open CMD as adminstrator.
2- type ipconfig /flushdns

You've flushed your DNS cache but that doesn't mean you have working DNS servers, which is one possible cause. Do an IPCONFIG /ALL in the command line and verify that you have a legitimate private IP address and if you have DNS servers configured, consider changing them to googles public DNS servers such as 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 . This is just one possible cause as you troubleshoot it, if you're still having the problem.

No, the problem has been solved as I said before in my last post,

I, myself, only had to unplug and plug my Modem, so the problem solved, but I disrupted(disturbed) the other person, who would still have been accessing the Internet without problems and had to not unplugged and plugged the modem.

But nevertheless, I am still having another problem which is 'the browser cannot display the web-page'.
Sometimes this problem shows me. I don't know if the problem because my DSL speed is low(250k/s) or not. However, if so, why could I open 'google.com'?

I have checked out my IPCONFIG, while I am connecting to Wireless Network connection, and this is the result.
It would be highly appreciated if you could take some of your precious time to explain what each necessary line in the result is for?

Or could you please at least determine where is:
1- private IP address
2-public DNS servers such as 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 .

I didn't see any public DNS servers such as 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 in my IP configuration

If publishing these IP configurations of mine could let someone compromise my computer, would you please let me know to delete them right now?

That all looks good, although I usually see an actual DNS server instead of my gateway under DNS servers but your router may allow you to use it directly. It's hard to say what's happening, I mentioned DNS as being a possible issue. You could try contacting your ISP and explaining the problem, most ISPs can look at your connection and see anything out of the ordinary.

The 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 would only appear if you were to manually configure DNS servers, and are specifically the addresses of Googles public DNS servers (there are other free options if you don't want to use them). If you want to configure them, open network and sharing center, click on change adapter settings, right click on your wireless connection (since that's the interface you're using), click properties, click on ipv4 and click properties again and at the bottom of that window, instead of "obtain DNS server address automatically", check the box for "Use the following DNS server addresses, and enter the addresses I mentioned. Again, this is only if your issue is DNS and not your ISP or wireless interference or something.
