An icon plays hide-and-seek, and its link malfunctions

In order to review the Email messages on my proprietary website - thelastdaysoflasvegas.com - I use Ipswitch WS_FTP 12.4 Professional to FTP (File Transfer Protocol ... File Transfer Protocol - Wikipedia) up to the Email boxes (I have several of 'em) in order to delete the spam and garbage before actually opening any messages.

Recently, however, the FTP icon that sends me there runs away from the desktop and lurks in the task bar when I click on it! Worse, it doesn't send me to the attached link! In other words, I can't FTP up to my website to see what's going on, nor can I use Ipswitch to change, modify, or update my website!

To say that this is driving me nuts would be an understatement. Anyone have an idea about what's going on?

Thanks in advance . . .

I don't think you will find many people here that will be able to give you support for WS_FTP, the most used FTP client on windows is the free Filezilla, have you tried that?
