Android app to remote connect

Hello

How can i remotely connect to a windows 7 PC from my android phone? Is there an application that I need to download or some other way to do this?

I am away from the office so i would like to try find a way to remote connect while on the move.

On the Windows Computer Set the following:
Allow someone to connect to your computer using Remote Desktop Connection

Forward port 3389 for RDP on the roiuter.

Check the port is forwarded see below:
Open Port Check Tool

Download one of the Apps from googleplay to connect remotely.
