Anime Icon appears in Devices and Printers - Malware? !

Finally some answers. Who knew there were 7-11's outside of the US. Can't somebody please translate the Taiwanese properly though?:( When I try to translate from Thai to English with Google, it doesn't work. Maybe that's why Google doesn't translate it properly to Chinese because its Taiwanese?
