Anime windows 7 theme help.

hi so i installed a anime theme for my windows 7, everything for the most part is working except for full glass themes and the background images for opened windows

how it should look

I'm sorry I won't be able to help you when trying to download that theme you need to take surveys and other things just to get it and I'm not going to do that.
