Hi Eric123
Window 7 doesn't like out of date drivers, please update these drivers:
pcouffin.sys, which is low level access layer for CD devices (A part of many different CD/DVD burning programs)
Code:
pcouffin pcouffin.sys Tue Dec 05 21:39:30 2006 (457584A2)
Also, I found this, which I thought it was driver, but it wasn't, googling gave me the result that it's probably spyware:
CoachDc.sys is one of those programs that get installed on your computer without your permission. They continue to install many corrupted files on your computer and you would not even know about it. It ultimately ruins the PC system completely and for this reason it is compulsory that you should work on to remove CoachDc.sys Virus from your PC as soon as possible!

Code:
fffff880`08383000 fffff880`08394ee0 CoachDc CoachDc.sys Tue Feb 20 19:47:21 2007 (45DAEDD9)
fffff880`08395000 fffff880`083a5320 CoachVc CoachVc.sys Tue Feb 20 20:07:54 2007 (45DAF2AA)

I can't seem to update the driver.

And as for CoachDc.sys virus I ran both Nod32 Antivirus and SpyBot and it found no viruses.

Thanks for helping but I need a little more assistance.

Uninstall your VSO software to get rid of pcouffin.sys.

Download, install and run malwarebytes; it's free.
