Annoying Malwarebytes Pop Up

I have an annoying Malwarebytes Update Pop Up come up on my screen every time I do anything. How can I delete it?



I looked it up on the internet and it said, "Right click on the Start Key. Then Left click on Task Manager."


When I right click on the Start Key, I get two options, Properties, and Open Windows Explorer.


Can someone help me?

If you're running Malwarebytes maybe it wants to update signature files...
If you're not running it then you should in case you have any malware causing the problem you're having..
