Annoying thumbnails on taskbar

When ever I open up more than one internet explorer window the thumb nail icons on the task bar are on top of each other and I don't like having to hover my cursor over them and then try to find which IE to open. Is there a way to get back the old XP style thumb nail previews where they are actually seperate on the task bar?

Right click on a blank area of the taskbar and click on Properties. Ensure that the option Taskbar buttons: is set as shown in the attached image.
