Another BSOD Tragedy

RAM

My RAM is:
4 GB [2 GB X2] DDR3-1333 Memory Module - Corsair XMS3 Dominator w/DHX technology

and will do on the bump up of the CPU voltage

Should I go manually set it? Right now it is set to auto

Also, the CPU is most likely set to Auto, what voltage should I set it to?

Voltage adjusted

I manually set the DRAM voltage to 1.65, frequency left to auto and CPU settings left to auto as advised, will monitor system and let you know how everything turns out.

On a side note for my own curiosity will .15 volts really make that much of a difference? I work in a low voltage field so it kind of peaked my interests to here you say NOT 1.5 as opposed to 1.65, is DRAM voltage really that sensitive?

Yes, they are VERY sensitive.

Another BSOD

No luck, I had a BSOD occur unfortunately, also as a side note it feels like since I bumped up the voltage I seem to have issues with some games and stuff closing randomly and erroring.

The minidump from the BSOD is attached

Well look at this!

So after I posted last night I decided to run another memtest, I let it run for around 14 hours and here are the results...

Notes: The memory was still set to 1.65V and that 14 under errors is actually 147, the camera couldn't zoom out anymore and keep quality.

I would assume this calls for new memory?

IMHO, sounds like a RAM problem to me and you should replace the memory. I recommend that you RMA the whole kit so that you do not get compatibility problems/issues.
