Another BSOD

Hi,

I was just testing one of my hard drives using Seagate Tools as its a Seagate drive that needed testing and about half way through the testing I got a BSOD appear. This BSOD happened on my main pc which is listed in my specs

I would say your hard drive is in need of replacing. Try running the tests again in safe mode and see if the computer crashes or not

There's really nothing else new that I saw from your report. The stop error that you had was 0x7E

Usual causes: Insufficient disk space, Device driver, Video card, BIOS, Breakpoint with no debugger attached, Hardware incompatibility, Faulty system service, Memory, 3rd party remote control

Please stop any overclocking and uninstall EasyTune6. There are known issues with Windows 7.

Are you experiencing any other issues besides that one BSOD? It's really hard to diagnose a problem with one BSOD that doesn't blame a specific 3rd party driver. If the crashes continue upload the new dumps here for me to review.

Thanks for your reply.

This is the first BSOD I have had on this computer for a long time. All parts are running on Stock settings. The reason I installed Easy Tune 6 is because I wanted to monitor the CPU temp.


I will upload any more BSOD logs that may occur.
