Another crash thread.

Hi there. I am certain you guys are sick of these threads, right?

I also have a pc I built that is crashing during certain 3d games. It sometimes BSOD's and sometimes just freezes. No real rhyme or reason as far as I can tell.

System Info:

• Win 7 Ultimate x64
• only OS ever installed
• fresh install one week ago (did not zero hdd, did format first)
• I built the thing in March, so it's 8 or 9 months old

• amd phenom II x2 550
• 4 Gig (2X2G) mem
• nvidia gts 250 1Gig (running with msi afterburner, fan always @ 70% when games are running)

I also took the liberty of following your fantastic BSOD guide with the tools provided. Excellent work. Thank you so much, and please find required files attached.

Unfortunately no DMP file was included in the upload. Try this method

If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Start your own thread in the appropriate section of the forum and attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
* Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.
