Hello everyone (my 1st post here)!
I came here looking for links to the offline Microsoft Security Essentials and the older Avast from Archive.org. I looked around this sub-forum and didn't see anything regarding Antivirus System Rescue Disks in a quick review. I realize that the "demise" of optical drives is probably responsible, but does anyone know of similar, current .ISOs that could be written to a bootable USB?
I'm still using Windows 7 to keep my ancient 32-bit Panasonic Toughbook CF-30 running (and I still have both internal and external DVD drives too). I found the MSE and Avast links that I was looking for.
TIA
