I'm planning on building a new low power system for WHS 2011. I have the RAID card and drives already. Are there any concerns I should be aware of in using a Mini-ITX board over a normal ATX or Micro-ATX board? I've built hundreds of systems, but never with Mini-ITX.
I know I need a proper case, so I'm going to get a Lian-Li Q08. It has plenty of drive bays, and appears to use a normal ATX PSU. I'm also getting an Intel Mini-ITX board as well, and that appears to use a standard 24-pin PSU connection. I'll have an i3-2100 for the proc, and 2x2GB Patriot DDR3 memory.
Mainly my confusion is around power, if the PSUs are the same. I don't recall ever seeing a Mini-ITX PSU, but I could be wrong.
