any file in user folder and start up

Hi,
Today After login windows 7/X32 i see open with box for any file! i open this with notpad :

What's this ? how to run in startup systems ? viruse ? any backdoor ?

Hello Whynot, and welcome to Seven Forums.

See if downloading and merging the exe and lnk (LNK) options in the tutorial below and restarting the computer may help. They will restore the default associations for these file extensions.
If you didn't set them to open with Notepad by mistake, then I would recommend to scan your system with Malwarebytes and Windows Defender Offline to help make sure that your system is malware free.

Have you already tried what I posted above?

If so, what were the results?

If it didn't help, then you could try doing a system restore using a restore point dated before you had this issue/conflict to hopefully undo it.
