Any good repacments for Picture It?

For the last several years I've used and enjoyed Picture It. With a new computer and windows 7 that is gone. Unlike other photo software I am finding, it allowed me to draw, add text, lines, shapes, other photos, cut out, trace, paint, save to specific sizes and formats and more. Other programs I am seeing do a lot of cool stuff but not things I want to do. Picture It made doing business cards, fliers, and much more a breeze.

I'm sure there is something even better now (hopefully free) but so far I'm just not finding it. Windows live photo gallery doesn't do all I want, neither does Picasa, Picnik, or Kodak. I didn't look to me like ACDSee would either, Paint.now looks like it may have potential to do it BUT with a big learning curve.

Does anyone here have any other ideas for a good easy to use replacement for Picture It?

Have a look at Zoner's excellent program. This also has management (tagging) included, and it's free.
