Are there any minor tweaks/visual enhancers for Windows 7, along the lines of the Aero Lighting theme?

i'm also working on a new version where all corners are squared off. not done yet. give it a week or two.

Are there any good cursor replacements? How about something that lets me take the shine/glare out of the Aero effects?

Is there a way I can just take off the glare, and somehow "add it" to the theme I have now?

sure, it's easy. it would take you about a minute to do. all you need is a resource hacker and an image editor.
