Any MS Update To Avoid?

Im planning to do a fresh install of win7 on my machine... so is there any update that i shouldn't install...
I asked because i saw some thread about a buggy ms update...

I have installed all of the updates (except drivers) to date on multiple systems without issue but I'm sure you will get a variety of opinions.

I only install drivers from the manufacture of the hardware's web site.
