You could try this program EVGA Precision, ATItool, I haven't tested if it works with 7.

eVGA's Precision utility does, indeed, work on W7....both in SLI mode and non SLI mode (although only one card shows in non SLI mode, same behavior as Vista...)

EVGA Precision works very nicely under Win7, but if you want to OC your graphics card, ATITool was definitely one of the best for that.. But I still haven't managed to get it running under my Win7 Ultimate x64.
Just a quick note about that though, TechPowerup have stopped supporting "ATITool" in favour of a new one called "GPUTool" [

I'm using RivaTuner to overclock my Nvidia 250 GTS in Windows 7 (x64) and it works. However, I do get a UAC prompt asking me to authorize the program every time the system boots, which is annoying.
