Can anyone have a look at my Disk Management screenshot and help me with my C Drive?

The C Drive works as usual but it worries me by stating the status as
"Healthy (Boot, Page File, Crash Dump, Primary Partition)".

I google searched "Page File" and "Crash Dump" but couldn't find anything useful.
What are they indeed?

Thank you.

This is completely normal. Look at my C partition. Only difference is that mine is active because I do not have the system partition.

But can you, in simple words, explain a bit what "Crash Dump" or "Page File" is?

Those words are telling you that the computer has assigned those attributes to that partition
For example if your computer suffers a hard crash (bsod) windows will put info (minidump) about the crash in that partition - hence "crash dump"
Windows also uses memory from your hard drive to assist in its operation, this memory "Page File" will also be on this partition

On a slight side note your E partition should not be marked active, only the partition containing windows boot info should be active which in your case is your system reserved partition
