any suggestion about my laptop error?

my friend jus bring back the reformat laptop,

she opens the laptop and start up the window 7, then when she press any key of the keyboard, the laptop straight away shut down!!! what problem izzit? She tried many times already, but still the same result, any idea of the encounter problem? izzit the error occur during the reformat process or wat?

Tt is possible that your system is infected
Run a scan of Malwarebytes in safe mode with networking

Go to the device manager and look for devices with a yellow triangle(if any), these devices should have their driver updated
