Any VISTA experts still around? COA/Version/question

hey, I seldom see vista, but I took in 2 systems on trade and both are vista.... or have vista coa's, one clearly specifies X64 on the COA, the other just "Vista Home Premium">
are those COA's specific to the Bit version? I was wondering if I could switch the one that does not say "x64" to x64 indeed?

Also, somebody at MS finally got around to posting install files to some extent.
This TechNet site has a lot of iso archives for download but I see no "Home Premium" per se:

was it just not thought important or is one of these listed here the same as "home Premium" ?

Interesting but this one does say Home premium
The key used usually installs that version if it's an all installer
I was also looking for a 64 bit Vista :/
Weird channel though and I'm not a member of this so I doubt a download will be offered unless you are

The key will work with 32 or 64 bit.

Same goes for pretty much any OS after XP
