Your laptop is not designed for gaming, you have a weak intel GPU which is unable to handle most games

No, your laptop only supports RAM upgrades

Here is the recommended requirements for Street Fighter 4, it will not play properly on your laptop

RAM: 2 GB or higher
HDD: 10 GB of free space or more

Your video chip set is either 845, or 945, which?

If 845, not many games as it has a bare minimum 256mb ram. I have that one.

If it is 945 a slight difference. There isnt much you can do either.

Could the game still not run, by optimising. Say low resolution, graphics details low. Give it a bash.
