anyone else's internet slow

i recently updated windows 7 and when i restarted youtube loaded videos so slowly. just wondering if it happened to anyone else

How do you know its just not Youtube being slow in your area?
(Youtube uses multiple servers depending on location and load)

Same thing here after the update. YouTube and other video running very slow, audio out of sync with video. What the hell happened?
