anyways, the question is does anyone have in-browser emulators for OSes like Windows 7?

v86 immediately comes to mind.
It's a full emulated computer implemented in webassembly and runs entirely within the browser. Note that it's not an OS emulation, but similar to a virtual machine that can run OSs unmodified. The demo pages on their official website contains prebuilt images for various OS, including Windows up to 2000, although the featureset they support could run later versions too, if you manage to install them on the emulated machine.
